Hi I’m Tara! 

Let me introduce myself. I’m a stay at home mom living in the pacific northwest. 

I hold a personal trainer certificate and am a nutrition specialist through ACE fitness. I have held a few different careers in my 40 years of life, but the common theme I’ve learned about myself is that I have a thirst for learning new things. Currently I’ve dug into gardening, owning a larger flock of chickens, homeschooling and cooking. I hope you enjoy!
